Enrollment
Students who are zoned for Cedar Bluff Middle School and attended a Knox County elementary school for 5th grade are automatically enrolled.
Enrollment hours for students who are new to the district are from 8:00 a.m. until 3 p.m. on full school days and during specified office hours in the summer months. Enrollment must be completed in person by a parent or legal guardian. Please pick up an enrollment packet from the front office. Below are links for information and form you will need when you arrive.
The following documents may also be needed:
- Proof of Birth: Government-issued Birth Certificate, passport, immigration documentation.
- Immunization Records: The student’s Tennessee Department of Health Immunization Certificate (shot record signed by the child’s physician or county health department). Visit the Knox County Schools Immunization page for more details.
- Recent Physical Examination: Proof of a physical exam within one year of enrollment.
- Proof of Residence: One of the following—gas, water, or electric bill. If the utility bill and/or lease agreement is in the name of someone other than the parent/guardian, that individual must provide the utility bill and/or lease agreement, along with a notarized letter confirming that the parent/guardian and children reside at the address.
