It is important to note that middle school sports at the school level look quite different than on the high school level. Knox County middle school sports are classified into two distinct categories: Knox County sponsored sports programs and middle school community sports programs. Below you will find the Knox-County sponsored sports programs offered at Cedar Bluff Middle. In order to participate in any of these programs, students must have an up-to-date Physical Form on file at their school.

Cedar Bluff Middle School is the home of the CBMS Giants and Lady Giants athletic teams. School sanctioned sports are in full compliance with Tennessee Middle School Athletic Association (TMSAA) rules and guidelines.
